Creating a universal automation platform for next-generation identity kiosks.

A leading identity solutions kiosk OEM required a standardized embedded control platform to replace multiple custom electronic control solutions used across different kiosk models. The new platform needed to simplify system architecture while enabling intelligent camera control, adaptive lighting, sensor integration, and reliable communication with the industrial PC. It also had to reduce wiring complexity, improve manufacturability, and support future product scalability.

Universal Embedded Controller Platform

We engineered a modular embedded controller integrating camera automation, lighting control, real-time communication, embedded firmware, PCB design, validation, and production-ready hardware.

Embedded Control Architecture

Developed an ARM Cortex-M0 controller with USB/UART communication, PWM motor control, and real-time sensor feedback for deterministic system operation.
